Any valuables or personal belongings of importance should be put somewhere safe and secure prior to Tender Loving Cleaners (TLC) staff arriving to clean. TLC is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items or for any items damaged unless directly damaged by TLC staff.  Please ensure that persons and pets are kept out of the space being cleaned as best as possible in order to avoid injury and let TLC staff know ahead of time about any potential allergies anyone in the residence may have that could be aggravated by the products we use.
